Georgia State University is a public research university spread across downtown Atlanta, Georgia. With a student population of 32,000 across eight colleges, GSU is one of the largest urban universities in the United States.

GSU partnered with TrueLoyal to power its #GSUnited Homecoming campaign, bringing all colleges, campuses, and departments onto a single centralized platform. TrueLoyal's integration capabilities allowed the team to collect, curate, and display student-generated content in real time — pushing moderated content directly to the Homecoming website with a single click. Listening streams surfaced related content beyond the hashtag, ensuring no engagement went missed.
